The guest house is currently rated with 4 stars by Visit Britain.

8 bedrooms in total, 4 double en-suite rooms, 1 twin, 2 single en-suite rooms, and one room with private bathroom.

A high quality breakfast is provided to your choice from a wide range. Special dietary requirements can usually be catered for if notified in advance.

All rooms have colour digital TV, and coffee/tea making facilities.

The Cobblers is fully centrally heated and double glazed.

We have a fire/smoke detection system throughout and also carbon monoxide detecters are fitted.

Groups are most welcome. Additional rooms elsewhere within the town can be organised if advised in time.

Car parking is in our own off street car park (uncovered).

Guest Lounge with Birding/Natural history library.

Card table, games and jigsaws in the lounge.

Internet connection & computer are provided for web browsing in lounge, together with wireless broadband.

Cycles can be stored locked under cover.
